Unresponsive and unprofessional.
I called for clarification on a rule after scouring the CC&Rs. I had to leave a message. It took them two weeks for a call back. The person who called was a telecommuter who didn't know basic property management language. His solution was to send me the CC&Rs in response to questions about them.
Now, they sent me a violation with a 10-day correction time. The violation doesn't have a complete citing (half of it is cut-off) and is irrelevant to the issue. I was very careful to review covenants before deciding so I found the violation surprising. I sent an email asking for a relevant rule or clarification and they have not responded. That was three weeks ago. They cant keep their own enforcement timeline.
It is clear to me this management group cannot manage their own business, communications, or people let alone communities.

Update:
I see their response and had to laugh. Not only do they respond to this public forum faster than any of their community communications, they don't check the email box for the email they provide in their notices. I am now on one month with no response.
Hey Cadden, maybe check all your email boxes? especially ones you list in your courtesy notices.

Have trouble getting responses. I have never had anyone answer the phone during business hours. Now I am receiving letters that describe disturbing events and power hungry management. Based on my limited interaction, I believe every word. Not happy with my experience here

Called today with some questions to ensure I pay the increased amount. The person who answered never bothered to give her name and seemed annoyed by my question, then started to hang up before I had the answers. I told her I wasn't done, and her attitude grew. As we hung up I could hear her making some comment to some person with her. Rude and not very helpful.

These people are crooks can't wait until they make the local news of embezzlement, our HOA goes up every year of course but where I live I pay more for a gated community with way mor amenities than what is offered here we have a 1960s pool that everyone in the state is welcome to use these people are trash and crooks don't trust this company

This is a scam. Payment amout to HOA keeps going up but no new amenities in the community. I know inflation is up but since I moved to my new house 9 years ago the HOA fee is up 150%+ and like I said nothing new but the community is growing. About 150 thousand dollars to maintain a pool that is used about 4 months a year is crazy. I dont know what this people manage but is not good management.

Yikes! This is not the kind of place to rely upon. Phone system is unreliable and unresponsive. Personally it’s scary that this place manages so many homes.
