We needed an extra cooler after our antelope hunt and processing filled everything up. What better place than Cabela's to grab the best bag for your buck for a great cooler that will last several days with the same bag of ice.

Usually, it is a great place to shop for outdoor gear, but with Bass Pro buy out...they are struggling to find the product the local customers want and demand. Lost quality and selection for sure! Staff is great!

The quality of service at this specific store is gone. I will not longer be going here for ammo or any other gun related items. I bought a pistol back in 2020. I knew exactly what make and model I wanted but they didn't have it in their display case. Their website at the time said is was in stock so I asked a employee if he could go find it in back. But apparently that was to demanding of him to go look. They had it and I ended up with what I wanted but I have overlooked this until now. Recently on two separate occasions I tried to sell one of my guns to put to something else but on both occasions I got jacked. The first time they said they could not buy my pistol because ithe safety didn't work. Well the next day I went out to the range and well the safety does work. So whoever they are hiring does not seem to know what they are talking about. The time I tried after that the employee looked at my gun, took my info and he went back onto to offer me 70 bucks. That offer was pathetic and the gun was worth way more then that, so they lost my business so I am not coming back anytime soon.

Steve M at the gun counter is always a wealth of information and help. Im currently out of state and he still maintains contact, answers any questions, facilitates my purchases, and got me looped into some great promos recently. Worth working with him from across state lines.

I’ve shopped at this store many times for outdoor equipment and firearms. Great employees, but that’s not an issue. My most recent order was not shipped until 10 days past the order date. “Arrives in 5-7 days”right? Cabelas charged my card two separate times during this 10 day period, subsequently getting my card deactivated over concerns of fraudulent purchases. Shop elsewhere, Billings is a big town

I've had many great experience's with purchases at this store. The Outfitters are always friendly and knowledgeable. Recently had an issue with a rebate form and they took care of it right away. Good service.

My first time at a Cabela’s it was unbelievable. Huge inventory. Great prices and I actually parked my RV in their parking lot for the night. They even have stalls for your horse and kennels for your dog if needed. I bought a gas burner so I can deep fry fish and wings on our trip. Plus a few other clothing items and hiking boots. I’m going to be a regular Joe at Cabela’s.
