Yesterday, I submitted a review about my experience with Burg Management, after which Tammy finally reached out to schedule a meeting for 9:00 a.m. this morning to discuss the unresolved issues within my community—or so I thought. Perhaps her intention was to solicit me to remove my review, as she has reportedly attempted with others in the community who have voiced similar concerns. However, as has been the case previously, she did not follow through and failed to attend the meeting. I waited to hear back from her, just as I did after emailing my concerns and providing all requested information, yet she continues to disregard these matters without any resolution. This repeated lack of responsiveness clearly shows how unprofessional Burg Management is!

Next up will be a review on the BBB and all other platforms. I will also be seeking legal advice on this matter.

This company runs the association of my community. As a community we have had a meeting and brought several topics of concern to the board. A major issue is our pool is accessible to anybody and so random people have been in there throwing patio furniture into the pool, they have refused to fix the lock and other issues we have addressed as concern just get swept under the rug. Avoid buying a property that is managed by burg management if at all possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would
Sorry excuse for a company the 3 times I’ve been on the phone with them the employees sound miserable.
They raked up fees on an account I had no idea was even a thing and refused to work on it with me balance is now over 6k and all they do is talk smug to me while they told me I have a lien on my home!

Thanks for nothing, also your security company sucks for the property at palm cove tell them to get off their damn phones and watch the property.

Jessika is one of the hardest working women I have ever encountered. She is thoughtful and listens to our concerns without judgment or reaction. I know she is new to our community but she has been a breathe of fresh air and we as a community can be quite hard on newcomers. I hope we don’t scare her away with all the requests or questions as she will be a great blessing to us for years to come. She is a keeper.
