Great experience with an inspection in HB. Rick is always early to the appointment and starts by inspecting the outdoors and the roof. Thorough wouldn’t even be the word to describe his inspection, it’s an understatement. His knowledge is unparalleled and he doesn’t miss a thing. Rick did our inspection and was absolutely incredible! He wasn't afraid to move things to get to where he needed to be, climb in small spaces, and get his hands dirty. We even were able to do a pool inspection and mold test all in the same day and schedule a sewage inspection for the next. He worked for over 4 hours running through every detail on the house and left absolutely nothing out. He gave us great recommendations on next steps and what items should take priority. Will absolutely recommend Rick and his team to anyone looking for a thorough and quality inspection!
