We have had excellent experiences with Bud Krater, EA over the last 25+ years. Working with Mac Moise Jr., CFP, ChFC as this year’s tax advisor for the first time has been seamless. We appreciate the wonderful staff at Bud’s office.

Terrible office. I had to get nasty with them because of how unhelpful they are. Our business partner kept telling us this office wasn’t getting our taxes done, we’re still waiting for our k1 for 2023….the tax office said it’s because the partner never paid. This made me angry at our partner, not this office but for some reason my frustrations got escalated to the manager, Alba. They told me to take a deep breath (I was fine, this was condescending) and that they would send our 2023 k1 to us in 24 hours. 24 hours later, heard nothing so I reached back out and they would only send to our business partner who we are obviously not on good terms with. Not only did they refuse to send the k1 with our name on it but also forwarded all the emails to our business partner. How unprofessional. Don’t use them. This office is a joke.

Unfortunately Bud sold this business and the new staff is aweful. They keep sending me threatening emails for an invoice, not only do I not owe them anything, but I am owed money back because I prepaid for amended 2022 and 2023 taxes and the 2023 taxes did not need to be amended. When I called the office, the first person I spoke to said Bud had left a note in my file that I was owed money back. Then the "office manager" got on the phone and told me that Bud had no authority to say I was owed money and that I owe them the rest of the fee for the 2023. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will be happy to take them to small clains court for the money I am owed! Terrible business people.

Very unreliable business with the WORST communication!!! After getting an extension for our 2023 taxes, they failed to submit our taxes on time... after 2 months with no communication, our taxes still have not been completed after paying nearly $500.

I’m so happy I found this group! They got me in last minute to do my taxes and made sure everything was accurately done. Celia was very helpful and communicative through out the whole process. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much!
