Had an interview with this company that went 3 hours long. They asked me very intricate questions about issues they were having as a company for 3 hours. After outlining the best course of action for each issue, to which they were taking notes, I never received a call back. Then miraculously the job disappeared. After consulting with one of my mentors I was informed this is a common bait and switch tactic whereas they get subject matter experts to come in and grill them for solutions "to prove they can do the job" with the intention of taking their expertise and implementing these solutions without having to hire them. I was naive and didn't realize I was giving then the answers to all their issues just so they could avoid hiring me. Also, the 5 star reviews in here are from the owners employees or wife, not sure which but I've met them all.

Store #117 manager Monica WALKED an elderly lady out of the store because the lady tried on a bra inside the store! While stating that the lady was being disrespectful even though the patron kept apologizing for doing this as well as saying she didn't know it was against store policy since there was no dressing room. And that she didn't want to buy it and have to bring back since she lives more than 20 miles away. I think manager was rude and wasn't using any decency when addressing the issue especially due to patrons age and disability

This company does not care for their employees. They have no career advancement opportunities. Their training for overall staff is very poor. The communication with in the company is very poor. There are no employee incentives, very little work life balance. They only care about the bottom line. They are not transparent as a company and the pay is not competitive. I would not recommend this company for any one looking for employment. Very depressing and toxic work environment.

No compassion, too many bias, the lying, prejudicism, backstabbing, they set you up to fail, when the managers know that you’re doing a good job. These are some of the factors that individuals who are applying, always seem to walk out the door. Management on these stores located in hurst n Irving are not truthful with owners of the company. They hide a lot of stuffs from the company.
