Our office uses BrickTech IT and every time I am experiencing an issue with my computer and/or phone they are quick to help! I don't think I have waited any longer than 5 minutes to speak with someone. I mean, they are super quick! In the last 48 hours I had to reach out to BrickTech 5 times. Three of those times I had assistance from Nick. He took the time to explain to me what was happening, and why it may have happened. I apologized for calling so much, and he let me know, that no matter how big or small my issue may seem, that is what they are there for. I would recommend! Thank you Nick for all of the help!

I highly recommend Mike and his team! Recently moved my office into a new building and worried opening day would be a problem with our computers/phones.
Mike provided us with fast, efficient service and sound advice before the move. We did not encounter a single problem when we opened for business.

Hiring BrickTech to manage all of my IT concerns has been the single best business decision I have made. Mike and Juan are professional and responsive to any of our concerns. Our office used to have software and hardware issues daily. Ever since BrickTech has been working with us, everything has been working so much smoother.
