I had a couple of issues with my returns and Julio was able to fix them and get everything submitted. He and his staff are very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend, the customer service was excellent.

I decided to come here because of the great reviews but clearly it was a mistake. I told Julio about leasing my Tesla last year so that he could include the EV Tax Credit on there and he didn’t even know what I was talking about. He had to search it up & then said it was only for owners not lesees. I told him to continue reading where it clearly states that it does apply to Lesees as well and Tesla told me I was eligible for it. He said he would look into it and reach out if needed. That is no problem. I don’t expect everyone to know every single thing. The issue is when he sent me the taxes the EV Tax Credit was miscalculated. I had checked with other Tax agencies and other online platforms and all gave me a higher Tax Credit than Julio. He apologized and said he would fix it. At that point I did not feel comfortable continuing with his services because how am I going to trust you to do my taxes when you didn’t know about the tax credit in the first place AND you miscalculated it. To this day I am still getting emails that I need to pay him $175 for his “services” even though I never ended up filing my taxes with him. Hopefully this can serve as a warning to others.
I can’t imagine how many other mistakes he has made with other individuals’ taxes & they don’t know any better. I hate to write this review but I don’t like unfair treatment and this is the only way for people to do better.

Great experience using Brg taxes. Pretty easy remote process and Julio and the team got my taxes completed and filed more quickly than me submitting them through an online service. I had a somewhat complicated return this year and I feel better knowing a professional completed them and made sure they were done correctly. Great price too!
