I operate two businesses out of the same facility with a separate set of books so, sometimes things can get messy and confusing. I've been using Brainstorm for about three years and they've become a vital part of keeping things straight with my businesses books. Paula and Patricia are super responsive whenever I have questions (which is often) and I never have to worry about my state sales taxes being filed on time, bank matching being done properly, or having things prepped for year end tax filings. It's all done behind the scenes so I can concentrate on running my businesses.

No one ever tells you that one of the most frustrating parts of owning a business is keeping the books. Brainstorm has made that part nearly seamless for us. I can't recommend them highly enough!

My experience with Brainstorm was the most frustrating experience I have had since I started doing business. They had 7 months to work on our account and failed to finish before a very important deadline, which they were informed about from the beginning.

There was no sense of urgency while working on our account and they simply didn’t seem to care about the negative impact it would have on our business. We were charged close to 20k and received about 2k in work done. To add insult to injury, they blamed us for not getting things done in time. I would not recommend Brainstorm to anyone I cared about and I wish we had not listened to the person who recommended them to us.
