I submitted text to the Boxelder Consulting website and Tom Conradt called me back within a few minutes. We discussed my case for quite a while and Tom was very candid and told me that he had not heard of my specific situation before but that he would be willing to move forward with my case if need be. Tom told me what his hourly fee was but then continued to speak with me gratis and I never felt rushed. I was impressed with his knowledge and candor, and after this Tom agreed to a follow up call the next week to discuss my case further.
