Have not received document already 1 week since that call. I have tried calling but all I can get is a busy signal. Even when you do call there is no receptionist/operator. I understand it might be a small business BUT I mean come on hiring a front desk/phone employee isn't that expensive.

This place has to be the worst business ever. I have a friend that simply needs a payoff amount so they can pay a loan in full and this so called business says this will take at least a week. This is ridicules, they cannot even have the courtesy to contact there client and give them an update. mean while they are living out of a hotel with children because they cannot close on a mortgage loan until Boston Portfolio Advisors give them a payoff amount. absolutely RIDICULES

I would've put a zero if it was a option. I've called everyday and left literally 15 messages in a weeks time for 2 weeks in a row! I have STILL not gotten a call back. I haven't gotten an email, phone call. I dont even know if this is a legitimate company.
