My mother spent a lot of money to have them prepared her Trust so it didn't go through probate. Once mom passed Kristi said "don't tell the bank he passed and yes, you can use her funds to pay her bills'. Unfortunately Kristi was wrong. I paid bills and got an alert from my personal bank account that I was flagged for fraud and all I my funds were frozen. When I called Kristi and asked her why she would tell me that she said I don't know. They never filed the will with the court and when I asked Kristi whose responsibility that was she said " I don't know". No help and not even an I'm sorry for your loss.
Do Not USE THIS COMPANY! They could care less once your loved one is deceased.
