This is a great gym! The fee is more than reasonable and it's open 24 hours. Jamila introduced me to weight lifting for the first time ever, and I've been at it now for over 6 months. Super grateful for her. She is professional and super sweet to name a few. Her coaching does not disappoint! Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Jamilla is the best trainer I’ve ever had!! This gym has saved me! I’m an older person who couldn’t get down on the floor without help getting up, I have arthritis, and had trouble putting on my seatbelt! After spending an hour with Jamilla at the Aloha Bodyworks 3 times a week, I can do things I did in my forties and fifties!! I enjoy the atmosphere of wellness there! My life is so much better now!!
