Blue Bridge Leadership

Blue Bridge did a great job with our team training. I had a large group of mixed disciplines and the 'core leadership and sales' training was easily applicable to all. The feed back from my team was that they all enjoyed it and were able to immediately apply it to their day to day life. My feedback as the coordinator was that the trainer (Kim) was easy to work with, came up with a great curriculum, was well prepared for the sessions and super flexible with our schedules. I look forward to future trainings with this firm!

I found working with Kim very helpful. She both helped me identify the areas of leadership that I was really struggling with the most and helped me determine what strategies would be most effective to use in a variety of challenging situations. After working with her for 6 months I found myself to be much calmer and intentional when facing difficult situations as well as more confident in my decisions. I believe that this was because she was able to help me identify the best ways to plan for situations, use effective questioning and communication strategies when discussing difficult topics with others, and clearly and transparently communicate my decisions and rationale.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Kim Gleason of Blue Bridge Leadership. I've had sessions every two weeks with Kim over the past three months. I feel that in that time, I've gained new insights and skill on how to best manage my team, including how to have difficult conversations and other communication styles.
