John and Susie do great work! My husband worked for him a number of years ago and while my husband is no longer in the computer repair industry, we can call up John with a question and he's always willing to lend an ear and get us on the right path! Went in with a crappy walmart computer ended with a amazing gaming pc fair price and great work only had my new pc a few days but it's a amazing machine if you need you pc fixed or built go see John

We have used John's shop, since Bits opened in 1993, and we will never go anywhere else! John has always provided us with the best of service, from technical expertise, to patiently providing answers to our questions in layman's terms . He has always done an excellent job on repairs and got the job done the first time. We highly recommend Bits PC Shop.

John provided me with excellent service and advice. I was ready to trash my motherboard but he saved me. Incidentally, while I was there in BITS he received a phone call from another client. She called to say she also was 100% happy with his service. Can't recommend BITS enough.

Worst business experience ever - and I've dealt with some seriously incompetent people before, but this place takes the cake! He DAMAGED my computer worse than when I brought it in, downloaded my personal data, put it on a thumb drive and then GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE - yes, he negligently exposed all my personal data, breached my privacy and security!! Then, even before I went in to pick up the ruined remains of my computer, made an illegal debt collection call to my employer and slandered me to yet a third party alleging I had not paid my bill! I've never seen a more incompetent, dishonest and irresponsible businessman. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! It appears to me that he posted his own favorable review - wouldn't surprise me, I cannot imagine anyone who's dealt with this place would say anything good!

I went in to see John just before Christmas this year. I needed a computer completely cleaned up and reset for me. He got everything done ahead of time and has been there via team viewer to help.
