Don’t waste your time in this unprofessional property management cause they lie on their website and claim false information. Why would this business falsely advertise this and wasted our 2 weeks and came back with answers that breaks their own rules. Then remove this information that’s on your application. You guys are a joke and shame on you all for doing shady business. (((((If there is insufficient rental history, credit issues, or insufficient income, we will require a co-signer. The co-signer should have good credit history and income to support 4 x the monthly housing payments. Please have the co-signer complete a separate application as well.)))))

Loved renting from Bindel! I moved from out of the area and they made moving so easy. The place was spotless when I moved in and I even got new curtains. Any time I needed anything fixed it was done so quickly. I worked with Catrina and she was helpful, friendly and very professional. Only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving out of state. Five solid stars!

When I move to Humboldt county I met with Catrina to rent a house or apartment. I was not moving for 4 wks she drove me to 5 or 6 properties. I took a place that day, But she know I wanted to a place closer to work Before I moved she called me with the place closer to my work was going be available before I moved. She changed everything and me the place I wanted. One year later I wanted to buy a house she want to many house in the area with me and wrote many offers Until I got a house. There was a few minor problems with house that we tried to get the seller to replace and they refused. Catrina insisted to pay for the repair even after told her not worry about it. If ever rent out my house or buy a new house she will be the first company I call.

Bought two houses in Eureka with Debbi's assistance. She is hands on, it feels like you are her only client. She is available anytime for questions even after the purchase for things like roofers, etc. Well run office. Can't say enough good things. Catrina runs a tight ship too. I have complete confidence in the integrity of this office!

I have rented two separate properties from IMS and I'm happy to say that they have been nothing short of wonderful to rent from. I was shocked when they returned nearly all of our deposit when we moved out. There were a few small and reasonable charges but that's it. I'll tell you why this is, the Bindels are some of the hardest working folks I have ever met. I have witnessed them tearing off a roof and cleaning everything up including hauling it away. They have personally come and help clean a unit that I was moving out of and did not charge me one red cent for the time spent which was a Sunday that carried well into the evening. Unheard of, most places try to keep all of your deposit, not spend thier weekend helping you get it back. They have always been easy to approach and have treated my family with the utmost respect. Very easy to schedule appointments with and punctual. I can't thank them enough for bringing this level of business ethics to our county. It is truly a pleasure doing business with them.
I have rented from nearly every agency in the local area and one of my best experiences has been with Bindel/IMS. I would recommend thier services to all of my family and friends. In contrast, there are other agencies that I simply won't rent from because of past experiences with them.

Catrina is very unlawful and unethical as she hands out 60-day notices with the reason of the owner's family members moving in when they do not move in. There was still a lockbox on the door three months later!

Great workers, terrible management. They basically told me they only rent to college kids with rich parents; which is a really heartless way for a property management company in Humboldt to function, given the state of the local economy, and how much the locals struggle in their living situations(e.g. even finding a place to stay)
