I attended the Big Shift Experience a few years ago with my daughter and found it highly valuable and interesting. I also purchased the Master of Enrollment program which was comprehensive, tactical and the best course I've ever come across in developing a process and program for attracting and enrolling clients. I recently sought out the company again and sadly it seems they have been damaged by the pandemic. Hopefully, they will rise again.

I purchased a course from Bill years ago. It was called "getting clients in your backyard" and I thought I had lifetime access to the course. At the time it was hosted on the Ning platform. Fast forward several years, and I finally have the time and space to do "getting clients in your backyard" course. I type in the Ning url for the course and the URL no longer works. I reach out to Bill's team several times over phone, facebook message and email. It's been weeks since I tried calling and since I sent these emails/messages, and I haven't heard back from ANYONE on bill's team to tell me how to access the course now. If you offer a lifetime guarantee on a course, please honor it, Bill.

FRAUDULENT "GUARANTEE." I would NOT have signed up without their money back guarantee, which Bill freely offered. Unfortunately Bill can not honor the guarantee because he would feel that he had failed. He is unwilling to accept that, therefore he blames his customers.
