9 days without service and a tech is still yet to show up. They ask you dozens of ridiculous questions when you put in a help ticket in a pathetic and almost desperate effort to keep from sending out a tech. BOTTOM LINE: IF IT DOESN'T WORK AFTER YOU TURN IT OFF AND BACK ON AGAIN IT NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON BY A PROFESSIONAL OR REPLACED! I am so disappointed in this vendor.

Big Fish is Great. The customer service is Great. We switched from traditional phone service that constantly had issues to Big Fish. Ever since we have had no issues and we are saving Money as well. Big Fish cares about their customers and makes us feel like we are part of their family not just a number or a account.

Big fish switched our security system several months ago and provided great service. Then we called this week to add 2 cameras and by Friday the cameras where installed and working Great. Highly Recommend Big Fish Technologies for your Security Cameras.

You are definitely in good hands with this company! Not only do they know what they’re doing, but they were able to accommodate a weekend schedule and time adjustment for us.

They were very rude and unprofessional, they failed to complete all of the work in a timely matter and were not willing to answer questions. They wanted 100% payment before all the work was completed. Very bad would never use again or recommend nothing but a pain.
Response to owner: the account was under my mother’s name that is why you can’t find it. Trust me nice try but I definitely have the right place 100% we tried reaching out to you before and you were rude and useless I will not be removing my review.
To everyone reading do not give your money to them.Horrible customer service they might have some good reviews but they showed their true colors.
