We were mislead on the what the cost would be to do our yearly taxes. At the end of everything we did not get any taxes back but received a bill for $1400 and keep in mind this was just appointment to do our end of year taxes.

I wish there was an option to say all of the above poor quality, poor value, not professional, and definitely not responsive. These lady's are quite rude and also a very slow at getting back to you. This is not the best option for your sanity go somewhere else.
