I really don’t know where to start with this review. Beneficent has done such a great job of taking care of my family’s needs.
Madison really helped me navigate through the whole process. She took the time to explain every step of the process very clearly to me. She was very passionate and caring about helping my family through this tough time in our lives. My family really appreciated Madison’s patience, kindness, and support. We truly love her. She is awesome and represents everything Beneficent is about. I also had the pleasure of working with Madison’s co-worker, Yazmine, and the owner Stacy, and they were just as pleasant as Madison. They gave me facts and did not sugarcoat anything that we would have to go through. I can happily and humbly say thank you, ladies, for everything. The Roby family will be forever grateful to you. I would give Beneficent 500 stars if I could. Thank you Madison YOU are the BEST.

I was referred to Beneficent for help with my mom's long term care eligibility. I was overwhelmed and felt like I had jumped through hoops only to get nowhere. From the first consultation with Beneficent I felt reassured and genuinely cared for in getting through this very complicated process. Our consultant was so great at answering all of our questions and advocating for what we needed. They are extremely professional but also caring and patient and it felt like I had a trusted friend supporting me at each step. I will happily recommend them to everyone and encourage you not to go through long term care medicaid eligibility alone. It makes a huge difference having Beneficent in your corner.

I am so happy for the invaluable referral, introduction and ultimately for getting the opportunity to work with Beneficent. This was to assist us with getting the application and approval for Medicaid long-term disability benefits for my beautiful wife Kristine Apple who was diagnosed with ALS in March 2023. We had an initial consultation with Stacy Osborn and Madison Price our assigned case manager after electing to move forward with their services. They provided excellent support, communication and expertise throughout the entirety of what was a very complex application process. Madison proved to be highly competent, diligent and methodical while displaying an unwavering, steady and professional demeanor. She was always able to work through any challenges or little setbacks focusing on the next course of action and in finding a solution. The quality of work and depth of the documentation and thoroughness that she provided was such that I would imagine it helped fast track the approval process with Jefferson County. I would highly recommend Beneficent and the expert, compassionate and empathetic services provided by Stacy Osborn and Madison Price to any potential clients. Best Regards Rich Apple

I had a wonderful experience with Beneficent. The staff was very helpful and understanding. They always got back to me as soon as possible. This made this hard time, an easier process, getting my mother set up on Medicaid. They have excellent customer service and compassion in these difficult times.

Untethered - that's how it felt facing the decision to put my wife into a nursing home and having to do so quickly. I'm going to lose my house, my savings. Enter Beneficent and Madison Price - her confidence and competence immediately lifted that 200lb weight from my shoulders. doinggoodforothers is an understatement - Stacey and Madison live the values this company is founded on. This year my family was forced to make a very emotional and difficult decision to move our precious mother from our family’s loving care, and to now trustingly place her care into the hands of virtual strangers. I was tasked with the responsibility to determine placement and funding.

I contacted several senior care referral services, hoping to obtain information on where to get started. I got spotty, limited, and sometimes conflicting information. At one point, I was even told that my mother would possibly have to divorce my dad to qualify for Medicaid so that my dad could stay in his home. I was feeling scared, confused and overwhelmed at the costs my family faced. I didn’t even know where to begin.

Fortunately, I contacted my local senior center representative who referred me to Beneficent. We met with Beneficent CEO and President, Stacy. She was so patient and assuring as she listened to our emotional and financial concerns. This was exactly what I needed…someone to guide me through the process of qualifying my mother for Medicaid.

I was assigned a case manager, Madison Price. She was a blessing. For the next couple of months or so, she, as I called it, baby-walked me through all of the paperwork I needed to produce. Madison was so detailed and thorough, consistently providing me checklists on what yet needed to be done. I could ask her how to get information changed or removed, and she would know exactly who I should contact and what forms, etc. to ask for. If she hadn’t heard from me for a few days, she would follow up to make sure everything was going o.k. Before completing my tasks, she would review every document to make sure it was complete and correct. She was patient, reassuring, and understanding when I sometimes got emotional, as well.

At first, our family thought it seemed expensive to hire this service. But, I tell you, it was well worth the cost. In the end, with Madison’s dedication to completeness and thoroughness, upon review by Medicaid, my mother received everything she asked for and more! Our family no longer had to worry about my father losing his home to pay for my mother’s care.

I am so grateful that we were referred to Beneficent. I know, on my own, I would not have a found this company, and would have struggled with the overwhelming paperwork. This process also helped me get all of my folk’s papers in order. Thank you, Madison, Stacy, and Beneficent. You were a Godsend!

Trusting "Beneficent" to handle your health care needs is the best decision you will make. At the time, we looked at other organizations to help. There was no comparison to having qualified, competent, compassionate people to deal with complicated process. You will be treated with respect like a friend. They also continue to serve/help as you need them. They will be there when you need help.!!

I learned about Beneficent at an event focused around caring for aging parents. Stacy generously spent at least 20 minutes with me explaining all the hurdles I would likely face as my mom aged and struggled with finances. I saved her card knowing when the time comes I would reach out to Beneficent for help. That time arrived about 5 years later. We were facing a lot of uncertainty and the stress was taking a toll on me and my siblings. Stacy met with me, my siblings, and my mom to come up with a plan to ensure my mom received the services she needs. There was never any pressure from Stacy or others at Beneficent. They patiently answered all our questions, sometimes multiple times. Beneficent put my mom and her care first. With their guidance, we were able to navigate Medicaid planning and secure home health services for my mom, which provided her with the stability she needed. I’m grateful to have Beneficent as a partner while navigating the difficult and confusing process of caring for aging parents. I can’t recommend their services any higher.
