My initial consultation went very well. Mr. Powell gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed to and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction without me feeling rushed. I was fraudulently charged in January of 2023. Ms. Graham, Mr. Powell, and the rest of this team worked tirelessly to have my case thrown out. After a year and a half of going back and forth with the state, a motion to dismiss was granted yesterday without trial or a plea deal. I can't speak for anyone who is guilty of committing a crime, but if your charge is fraudulent, and you have a strong basis for proving that fact, Mr. Powell and his team will take care of it. My options were always clearly explained and I was given autonomy to make the decision I deemed the right one.
