I had an excellent experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how organized and efficient the entire process was. For a DMV, this place is excellent. I've done walk-ins before, and there was hardly any wait time, with most of the windows open and actively assisting customers. Wasn't even in there 5 minutes to get my tag renewal reprinted that had gotten lost in the mail. I only wish I caught the nice lady's name that helped me! Super chill environment and very polite staff☺️

Would recommend not going to the dmv on middle beach it is all ways pack and all the employees are on lunch break. Each time the i walk in here there is only 3 employees working.and it such not take 1 hour to get new registration. They need to make the process faster.

Best DMV in PCB. I’ve been the last two days at lunch time and have waited maybe 10 minutes. The staff is great and I could not be more appreciative for their help. I highly recommend this location.

Working at a dealership, I have to come in from time to time to get some corrections made from the most off the wall issues. These guys here are top notch and are very helpful. Jonathon has his team running a very efficient office and takes the pain out of going to the DMV!

This was the Best DMV registration, tax, tag and license moment I have ever experienced! I was met with a smile and directed immediately to a professional. ALEX was extremely professional, knew her job clearly, and was very polite . Alex even helped me get the tag on my car . I usually dread going to DMV/ tax office, but not this time !
