Meeting Kirk Bauer with Bauer & Associates was one of the best decisions we ever made. In addition to Mr. Bauer's professionalism and expertise, his kind demeanor was something unexpected. This invaluable combination eased our minds in choosing him for legal representation which ended up being the BEST decision we ever made. Mr. Bauer worked diligently and was committed to right a wrong and he did just that! His expertise, and guidance throughout litigation was vital with a Special Needs Trust. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend this firm. A special kudos to Meghan as she kept us up to date with the status of the case throughout. Every person in the office was professional and personable.

First let me say that my experience with Bauer & Associates has been very pleasurable due to the up front estate planning my parents did with a Lawyer that combined his practice with Bauer & Associates. The up front estate planning with a lawyer greatly helped enable our ability of maintaining finances as our parents physical and mental capabilities diminished as well as the final trust administration after death. At the same time, after death legal advice is appropriate for closure of the estate. Bauer & Associates is making our final legal filings with their paralegal Jaclyn Crawford being our contact and taking the lead and with Mr. Bauer as our assigned lawyer. So far, the up front estate planning paperwork has enabled us to avoid probate with the guidance of Bauer & Associates. However, I’m sure if we need further assistance, I’m confident that Bauer & Associates with provide the appropriate legal help and guidance we would need. I highly recommend Bauer & Associates for both pre-estate planning and final trust administration.
