Marked me deceased on one of my papers, claimed to have fixed it waited patiently for weeks, never heard back followed up the following year after I went elsewhere and they told me it was never fixed. Called her & she had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't "understanding her," she was super rude & unprofessional on the call, & told me to look it up on the internet & figure it out myself, as far as where I was supposed to call and what I was supposed to do. It was thanks to her mistake that I never got my refund and instead of being helpful, I am left to "figure it out" myself. Called the IRS and they never got her addendum.

The business where I filed my taxes this year said they could fix her mistake but it would cost me $100, and that Barb should be fixing her own mistake from last year that it's HER JOB because it was HER MISTAKE, but I definitely don't see that happening after the way she acted on the phone.

Definitely take your business elsewhere. It is not valued here.

Just got off the phone with the irs to see why my taxes are taking so long apparently She put my bank account info incorrect on my 2018 so the irs was not able to deposit them could of already had my 2018 if it wasn't for that error and now i have to wait 4-5 weeks for 2018 and i feel like she did something incorrect on my 2019 which are currently being reviewed still and its been more then 21 days for the normal time to receive my tax returns very disappointing should have done them through turbotax like i did in the previous years she has a 5star review for nothing in my opinion
