Honestly I cannot give this bank enough of my money. They are the best. Bryan there is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Jessica there even opened the doors for me early get my a cashiers check because I was in a rush. This bank has great service! Jessica and Bryan need a raise!

You may want to rethink using this bank. I received an inheritance check that was written on a prestigious attorney firm in town and brought it to this branch to be cashed. I was told they didn't have enough money to cash the check. I asked if the attorney's account had enough money to cover it and was told they did but they still refused to cash the check. I was told by the teller to take it to my own bank to be cashed and anyone with common sense knows they will put a seven day hold on your check if it isn't drawn on your bank. The check was cashed at the Northport branch but not this one. Why is their policy different? How does a bank of this size not have enough money to cash an inheritance check? Questions you should get answers to before banking with this branch.

I've banked here for almost 8 years, loved them till I started using online banking and I cannot stay any longer. Their system is always wrong giving me false info when I check my account status. A bank that cannot keep proper records is not worth banking with at all
