Not the experience I expect from Bank of America. While traveling, I stopped into this branch to cash a check. The employee was not at all professional, asking if I had an account and if the account had enough funds in it while in the middle of the lobby. This was all before even looking at the check, or the balance in our accounts. This branch does not make you feel like a valued customer of Bank of America and Merrill.

I had an amazing experience opening an account at Bank of America. I've never banked with BofA, but glad I decided to try them out. Our banker Wendy & the Financial Center Manager Gerry were the best! They even kept my children entertained during our visit.
