This place is truly one of the worst banks I have ever been to, you can never get a hold of a human being and I have called 10 times for the span of a week and no one answers and their is not even an option to wait. They just say, welp no can help bye. Please if you think about opening an account here, DONT. Theirs a reason this place is going out of business

Recently done a job for a customer who has an accountant Bank of America, the customer wrote me a check and said I should have no problems taking it to the bank and cashing the check. We arrived at the bank only for the bank teller to inform us that his policy is different from other Bank of Americas that he is not allowed to cash my check because I do not have a bank account with this company. Even though I've done work for this customer before they've written me a check and I've taken my checks to other locations with no problems. For some reason this location has different rules and standards than other locations in the area. The customer service at this location is absolute trash. The bank teller was very arrogant, and offered no solutions or resolutions to our problem. He was in no way helpful and told us we need to step out of line so he could help the next customer. I strongly suggest anyone else do not bank at this location and if you do make any other location your main branch. Everything about this location is trash. Just another reason why I will never bank with Bank of America and I will always and strongly urge others to bank elsewhere.

Yes they were a bit busier than most BAO in the area. But the mine moved. And all the staff were super helpful from start to finish. Idk why all the negative reviews

I absolutely love banking here!!! The staff is always so polite and helpful and they always ask me how my day was. The lobby is always clean and the service is always great and timely 🙂. I noticed a bunch of bad reviews and I want to address them because I am glad I made up my own mind and gave this Bank a chance because otherwise I would have missed out big time. People complain about long lines where they wait for hours, I go to this Bank at least once a week different times a day and I have never waited longer than 20 minutes. Also I have never been mistreated by any member of staff, in fact they have gone out of their way to help me and I have autism.

Nobody answers the phone. Rings 7x, then says everybody is busy. Tried 4 rounds of this. Grade F.
Got a notification they wanted to discuss this comment. not going to because needing to change my appointment, called again rings 7x, tried 5x. Change grade to F-!!

This is the worst costumer experience I’ve ever had in my life. This place doesn’t not care about the people they’re supposed to serve.

I waited 1 hour to see the bank teller, he then proceed to take a huge break. I simply left and went over to another bank 20 minutes away and they were able to help me out. I wasn’t the only one left there waiting and hoping to be seen by someone.

When you arrive, There will be nobody there to greet you, you have to figure out things by yourself and hope that you get taken care of.

I usually don’t mind much if I don’t get great costumer service, but this place was the example of incompetence of management.

I Will never be back at this filthy place.

Met with Geraldine (had to wait a week for an appt) & now I’ve received a letter in the mail stating I need to submit the right documents. I was not helped correctly and I was told by the phone customer support I’d need to submit forms that either were never filled out or maybe did not get submitted. I’ve tried to call in but getting through to a human is impossible. Very disappointed with the service and the bank.
