I hired Baldwin & Associates to file my 2023 taxes. It turns out they never filed my taxes. When following up, they ghosted me for several months. They ignored my calls and emails. When I did connect with them, they promised me they would fix things up and get back to me. To this day, I have still not heard from them and my communications continue to be ignored.

It is now January 2025 and I am still sorting this out with the IRS and CO Dept of Revenue. This has caused me months of stress, and many hours spent over the phone. I am worried that I am going to be penalized, audited, or worse.

I just don't understand why this happened. They seemed great on the initial call. I've never experienced anything like this before in my life. I'm not sure where things went wrong, but I DO NOT recommend hiring Baldwin & Associates to handle your taxes.

Mr. Baldwin was doing my taxes for 13 years. I got divorced and he worked for my ex-husband and had no respect for me or my taxes. Last year he took me for $1000 and didn’t even tell me anything was wrong on my taxes.I did trust him at one point but I have no good words for him now! It’s a snowball effect considering this year I owe for thousand dollars because of him not communicating to me.
