I've worked with Jenny for over a year and her group sessions have been integral in reprogramming stuck mindsets. Over the years, our beliefs become ingrained into our body's and we no longer are in the driver's seat. Our subconscious takes over and doesn't allow for a new way to see things. Jenny helps the mind get out of it's own way and helps reprogram it so that a new belief can emerge. I've even healed physical injuries with some of her strategies. If you're ready to stop feeling stuck and to get out of your own way, then I highly recommend working with Jenny and her team at Balanced You.

I came to Jenny with some major health issues... One being that I was in a constant state of A-Fib (a serious heart issue) that left me horribly fatigued and gasping for my breath most of the day... I also just got diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease (thyroiditis) which, between the two, left me with about 10% energy and I was desperate to get my mojo back. I also wasn't sleeping well, which made it worse. I readily surrendered to Jenny's brilliant mind training techniques and have also cleared up a lot of trauma from my past... I have SO begun to see and experience the body mind connection and illness... I've only been doing been working with her for a month but I've already seen such great results! My A-Fib is much improved, with so fewer incidents, and my Hashimoto's has much less affect on me, so right now, my energy is at about %60 and I have all the confidence in the world I will be in better health than ever with the progress I'm making and the beautiful sleep I now experience. Jenny is a remarkable woman with such class and brilliance and she's so easy to work with and uber compassionate but also very Direct and capable. I'm so thrilled I found her and balanced you.
