HORRIBLE!! I wouldn’t put even 1 star, they don’t deserve it. Last time I made my tax here, I waste 8 hours waiting for them to do my taxes, and also they took me 638.90, this it’s the worst and unprofessional place I’ve ever been

I will never and when I say NEVER use these place to do my taxes. I never seen a tax person take more than $700 for themselves. I barely was getting money back and him bring as greedy as he is took out more than he has ever. The hassle of going here and waiting more than 7 hours to do your taxes is not worth it. Im sorry but this man is greedy and honestly will get you more money so he can get more out of you. If i could rate 0 stars I would!!!

The worst Tax service you can get. So many issues in this place. First of all the appointment they give you is not accurate I have an appointment at 12:15 pm and they finally get to you at 2 PM they don’t respect your time. I get audited by the IRS and now I have a penalty to pay to the IRS for a mistake he make when he was filling my taxes.

After that forget if you think they gonna take responsibility for what they do they just gonna waste your time. In conversation back and forward without any resolution and in the end, you finished paying what you own to the IRS plus all the interest they charge you trying to figure out what to do.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I never had an issue with my taxes until I used this facility. I now own the IRS all my taxes which is so wrong. Also, when I went it was not organized. I went into the office and the computer was open for anybody to see other costumers personal information like SSN and names and addresses. I have told him because I was worried all my information will remain open as well. In conclusion, not to trust to be well executed. Don't go please, save time and stress.

It’s very sad to say their service has gone down. No longer recommend. Try calling, they won’t answer. They charge you $400 plus to prepare your taxes and anytime you need anything they just tell you yes we will get it done and they never work on it. The only way to get anything solved with this office is if you go in person and sit there for hours, they will help you once they see you aren’t leaving. We used this office for 10 years. We will no longer be doing our taxes with AYS.

Please be very careful of this place. They file income tax. If you've never filed before don't go to this place. Your wait will be at least an hour, then you'll get called up by one of their filing agents. Then you have wait again to see the owner Aniel. He will call you in the back and tell you he can get you more money on your return. When he asked me did I want more back, of course I did. I thought maybe the lady in the front missed something. He charges $400.00 for a $2500 refund check. He asked me did I want more money back not realizing he put added false information on my paper work. When the IRS catch up with you, it's not him their coming after. They'll be coming after you!

Dishonest, deceiving tax preparer. Recently got audited and looked at my return for that year and saw he created fake numbers I NEVER reported to him. He takes advantage of people who are not sure of how to read these forms just so he can make more money (charges more the more you get back). I cannot believe he still has his license and I will contact the IRS about him. Spoke to numerous people who also said they got audited a few years after they went to him.
