Guess it’s time to file a federal fraud case with the local DA’s office there in Volusia County Florida! They stopped shipment and build of my project that paid in full for back in March and aren’t answering calls or emails. My attorney tried reaching out to them with no answer as well and now Mike Hawrylak and his dad Steve appear to be ducking out and running. Good luck to anyone else that got scammed by these guys.

Nightmare of an experience. Have not received my product nor anyone replying to me. Been begging to cancel for weeks now, and I am getting nobody to reply to me. Now you can't even order from the shop ap, which tells me they have one foot out the door.

Stay away from this vendor! I ordered a C172 panel in October 2023, and despite following up monthly, I didn't receive my parts until May 2024—seven months later! When the package finally arrived, it included the wrong throttle and no yoke, which they claimed they couldn't source.

I have been trying to get a refund, but have had no luck. Additionally, the components of the panel are handmade and glued together, leading to them falling apart already.

I'm still trying to get my money back for the throttle for month now and might have to go to small claim court.

Be aware and avoid this vendor!

Do not buy from this company. They are terrible.

Ordered two wire spoons on September 29, 2023. The day of this review I still have not received the tools that I ordered.

Emailed the customer service department October 24, 2023 asking about the order. The response I got the same day said, “Your order is being processed, that you for your purchase!” There was nothing else in there response. Check their web site almost daily since getting the response only to see the status still shows order received.

Next email went out November 3, 2023 asking how I go about getting a refund since they still have done anything my order over a month later. As of the day of this review November 6, 2023 I have not gotten a response to that email.

I have also tried calling the number listed on their website but all the options just go to voice mail.

Update 12/11/23. Still no package that I ordered 09/23/23. No more responses to emails and still can’t anyone on the phone. If this is how they treat their customers on an order for $19.11, I would hate to see what they do for people that spend what I can only assume is thousands on simulators. Do Not Buy Anything From These People.

Update 1/30/24. Got a call from someone at the company on 1/26/24. He said he didn’t know why no one answered any of emails or phone calls but my package was shipped out and I should receive it within 3 days. Fast forward to 1/30/24 my package was finally delivered, new problem now. My order was for 2 wire spoons. They sent me one wire spoon. So not only is there no customer service, but I guess they don’t know how to read an invoice either. Will continue to update this as I go.

I cannot stress this enough do not spend any of your hard earned money with this company.

Final update. February 2, 2024. I have finally received the 2 wire spoons that I ordered on September 29, 2023. If you have to contact these guys the best way I found was through Facebook messenger, but as I have stated few times now, take you hard earned money to another company.

I ordered a complete Cessna model for delivery to my company.
In January 24, I paid the full amount, including the additional amount, to speed up the work.
To date, the item has not arrived and the additional amount has not been refunded.
They only reply insincerely that there is a delay.
I doubt this company is a normal company.
There will be no response from the person in charge unless I contact them.
After reading this, they should reflect.
I am at risk of losing my job.
I hope this ends well

Nervous about this company. I’ve fully paid for items over two months ago. They said they were in stock but would ship out in 3 weeks. I said ok. Now I’ve been calling & emailing with NO response. They pride themselves for being a company of veterans and I won’t question that but veterans tend to not ignore their duties. Hoping this ends well.

Been waiting over 18 months and not a single thing this firm has said has happened. Seems like a legal judgement is next. Funny seeing their response to others who ordered much much later than me get the same cut and paste answer they give me.
