So after spending an hour in Walgreens to find out their kiosk doesn't work to print a FedEx label. I go a block away to this book. Keeping place asking for a favor to see if they could print this for me. I got a smugged look like she's too good for anybody. I got told no I offered to pay for it. I didn't care if it cost $10. I would have paid it. Like my boss always tells me not? Everybody can be like us and have customer service skills. Even though they're in a customer service position, so disgusted with people right now, nobody is in it, but for themselves. I'm just sitting in my car. Having a breakdown over this because I'm just in shock of how rude and disrespectful. She treated me. I wish I would have asked for her name, but she knows who she is.

These guys are great! CPA duo Nick and Tony have been an enormous help to me in my small business taxes, personal taxes, and bookkeeping advice. Best part is they are very responsive. They always answer the phone and have a competent answer, or can set up an appointment to meet in person. Emails are responded to very quickly (mine have always been same day and usually within an hour).
