Jerri exceeded all of my expectations for a lactation consultant. I will admit that I was a bit apprehensive to reach out because inviting someone into your breastfeeding journey can be a very vulnerable thing to do. But Jerri truly has such a calming presence that made me feel so peaceful and comfortable to share our struggles with her. It was evident that this is more than her job- she genuinely wants momma and baby to have the best breastfeeding experience possible! She really is such a cheerleader! We were able to get to the bottom of what seemed to be causing my daughter’s struggle to nurse. I am beyond thankful I decided to reach out to her and am grateful for her guidance. Jerri is absolutely amazing!! I can’t say enough good things! My baby boy was born 3 weeks early and struggled with being too tired to nurse. I had previously nursed my two girls successfully but was having a hard time with this baby. Jerri helped me so much and now we are doing great! I really think that I might have quit nursing this time, if I did not have Jerri helping me. She is such a cheerleader and came up with a plan to get us to where we needed to be! I honestly don’t know where me, my husband, and baby would be without Jerri! From the first prenatal visit we had to our last session together, Jerri made me feel comfortable and competent in the breastfeeding process. Jerri is knowledgeable and imparted so much wisdom to me and my partner! Her joyful and loving nature made us feel at ease at all times. Whether you are a first time mama or a veteran it’s always good to meet with a lactation nurse to know you and baby are doing what you are supposed to and Jerri is THE BEST person for the job!! The fact that she comes to you in the comfort of your own home right after having a baby to ensure you and baby are doing well is a game changer when it comes to lactation consultations. Even though I had a year of breastfeeding under my belt with my first born it was comforting to have Jerri help us because my second born was a whole different baby and nursed totally different than my first. Jerri helped me learn so much each time she met with me and my baby. She also is super responsive when it comes to texting and asking questions or having concerns and is super intentional to get you on her schedule. Jerri provides warmth, encouragement , and comfort during the postpartum stage of life for you and baby which I didn’t know I needed until I met with her. Jerri even showed me how to use my breast pump properly (because I had no idea I was using it wrong) and helped me with a pumping schedule which allowed me to get an ample supply of milk in the freezer to meet my lactation goals. There are so many more things I could say, Jerri means so much to my family and I and we are so grateful for her and all she has done for us and other families as well.

As a first time mom I had a lot of anxiety and questions about breastfeeding before my son was even born. After my first prenatal visit with Jerri, I already felt more confident. Once my son was born, we struggled with nursing and I can honestly say I would’ve quit trying had it not been for Jerri. She is so knowledgeable and trustworthy, and was my biggest cheerleader! She has a calming presence that was much needed postpartum. My son is now 10 weeks old and nursing wonderfully! In addition to her lactation support, she also could help answer other general baby questions we had when in between pediatrician appointments. Overall, highly recommend!

Jerri is an angel. If it was not for her I would have never made it through breastfeeding my first child. We are a year in and I’m so thankful for her encouragement, support, and guidance. From coming to your house, showing you how to breastfeed in YOUR comfort zone. Could you ask for anything better? She is a breath of fresh air when she comes over. She’s not just there to make sure baby is fed she makes sure momma is okay too. Keeps dad involved on how to help. Sends reports to whatever pediatrician you choose to use. 10/10 would recommend. I will use her again and again. We love you Jerri!

I’m not sure there are words that adequately express what Mrs. Jerri has done for my baby and my breastfeeding journey—she’s just THAT great! My baby was born at 5 pounds and 9 ounces and came home at 5 pounds 3 ounces. He was getting just enough, but not gaining like he needed to the first day home. Mrs. Jerri immediately identified the problem and made a game plan. As we experienced highs and lows, she adapted the game plan several times to fit what we needed. My baby and my supply are THRIVING at 5 months and 2 weeks! She’s seen me at my best and at my worst. She’s been a shoulder for me when I’ve been overwhelmed and celebrated with me when we met big milestones! This is her passion and it shows in the time and care she puts into moms, babies, and families in general! For every recommendation given, there are 20 more mommas with a story about how Mrs. Jerri was a blessing and sanity saver in their journey! You will never regret giving Mrs. Jerri a call. Mrs. Jerri has helped me after I had both of my children and been a huge reason I was successful breastfeeding my son for a year and now my daughter for 8 months. I don’t think I would’ve made it very long breastfeeding either of my children if it wouldn’t have been for her encouragement, knowledge and love! Home visits with her are so relaxing and comfortable, it makes the whole process more enjoyable and less stressful which I truly believe leads to a more successful journey. I can not recommend Mrs.Jerri enough!
