I started working out with Danny motivated by bad knees and difficulty walking, both before and after knee replacement. I recovered enough to travel to Europe in 2 months on a bus tour. I walked and climbed stairs with confidence without pain. Danny gave me the tools and knowledge to stetch and exercise my way out of any discomfort after a long day of touring. I have continued with his strength training and stretching program. I followed his nutrition plan and continued to improve so much that I avoided my other knee replacement.
