Never returns calls or answer emails. Used him in the past. Very good at what he does however you are better off showing up and waiting that to call or email I've been stuck in New York. Getting through to him has been a nightmare. Needless to say , the deadline has come and gone. He still hasn't reached out to me and now I'm facing a penalty. And no closer to getting my taxes done, so if you like to communicate with your tax person by phone or email, this is not the place for you. If you have an emergency and need your taxes done and can't go in person. Don't bother. He will leave you hanging like he did me.

From day one Mr. Robles has been very informative, helpful most importantly professional. No gray areas,straight to the point. Charges what is fair, tells you before anything what the cost is! I would recommend!!!!
