Terry’s rental options are all star.

There’s plenty of room , our unit was freshly refurbished, had a washer, dryer, and plenty of beach items from a wagon to chairs.

We were in need of one item that was not working properly and the owner replaced it before we even got back from our morning outing which is outstanding!

Communication from rental firm to renter are top notch & keyless access a total bonus and not common so this is a big deal!

We loved that we had 2 parking spaces and very easy access to the beach.

The beach was white sand, plush and really warm water especially during January.

This rental was close to wicked cantina and Cortez bridge making it fast and easy to find food and get across the island with minimal traffic since the bridge is so close!!

The only thing we would have liked in addition to our amenities was a safe but that is hardly a deal breaker, just a thought.

We are coming back and staying with this brand again because we were able to peruse many locations and by far this offers many advantages from parking to great beach location shared with a nearby resort.

Disgraceful manager, Disgraceful condo, all the floorboards were coming apart, NO internet, NO wi-fi, Air conditioning vents leaking and broke, shelf in the fridge broke, disgusting smell like raw sewage, rust ridden shower rails and the worst thing were COCKROACHES.
But to top it all off when I told the manager, Terry, he said he found my compalints to be `Offensive and Threatening`. We had paid thousands of dollars for a two week stay in what should have been a 5 star stay, we got a 2 star BUG infested, rusty condo that stunk to high heaven. Terry told us that this condo had just been FULLY REFURBISHED, who did the refurbishment?.....A wrecking crew?
We would NOT, in any way shape or form recommend this condo, If you do not believe me look at the pictures and videos. I am glad its not `Smellyvision` you would have been as sick as a dog. Do not forget that he now wants $4,500.00 per 2 weeks. Now look at the reply from the Manager, Terry, but the PHOTOS and videos say it all. You just cannot charge thousands and thousands of dollars for this type of condo, there are dozens more on Anna Maria Island for far far less and in much much much better condition. Just have a look you will find them very easily and save a fortune.

Best condo I’ve ever stayed at on Anna Maria Island! The owners are awesome, the place is immaculate, lovely renovations and super close to the best beach on Anna Maria Island. Already planning my next stay!

This place is fun, relaxing and can be expensive. But it is a nice place to visit and enjoy the beaches and local restaurants. Would recommend and come again.

I booked (reserved, paid for, received confirmation for, etc) a condo on a Saturday for the following Saturday night (one week in advance). Six days go by, so it's Friday afternoon, and I get a message saying my reservation has been cancelled because the owners double-booked the property and it was never even available to begin with. So what was supposed to be our last, fun night in Florida with extended family turned into my mom and I on our phones, scrambling to find a place to stay the following night. We were incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Although Terry was very nice in his communication with me, it was too little too late and nothing could be done for us to remedy the situation. So I needed to leave this review to alert others that this could happen, and to have a backup plan if possible. It made our last day stressful and we should have been notified right away instead of 6 days later.

Loved Anna Maria Island! If you go don’t stay at this place. I’m typically not one to complain EVER. We (the scumbag Frankie Bowen) and I stayed at Edgewater on 54th street and would NEVER do business with Terry ever again! I, for one, would never call a customer who just payed 4,000 dollars a SCUMBAG, or for that matter I would never treat another human that way. Renter beware: if anything is wrong you will be treated with the worst customer service meaning you can complain and nothing will be fixed. Do better Terry! I wish you nothing but the best in your life.
