I received a phone message from (Kristi) Thrivent Loveland Office that they were sorry to hear my wife had passed. Well thankfully she is very much alive. Obvious mistake. But who leaves a message like that on the phone?! Extremely unprofessional. Left phone and email message with agent letting him know wife is very much alive and to please contact us. That was three days ago. No response from agent.

My wife called the Loveland office to talk to our agent (Gene) and got blocked by the person answering the phone. She claimed he was in a meeting. In the mean time we received the quarterly statement and funds were missing from the report. So, possible fraud or hack of the Loveland Office? The person answering the phone still refused to get our agent, even though there may be fraud or a hack! Wow! Absolutely no sense of urgency.

Contacted Corporate office to get this resolved, which thankfully they did. Obviously, we are making a change from the Loveland Office to a location closer to our home. Thankfully, a good friend uses Thrivent and trusts her agent and the office he works from.

We are extremely disappointed in Thrivent's Loveland office and in our agent specifically. The lack of concern about our accounts and the unprofessional manner which they handled a possible fraud or hack is beyond negligence.
