I've worked with this company on a few evaluations, the scheduler I worked with Erika was very easy to work with and friendly via phone. The evaluations I completed were very detailed and outlined what was expected making the report easy to complete in a timely manner. Yes reports can be long and exhausting however it is what is expected from the client when you take on the evaluation. The editors I worked with communicated quickly on any revisions needed so the report could be sent to the client and reimbursement initiated. I look forward to working with this company and its clients for the long haul.

Working with this mystery shop firm was a pleasure. It was my first time shopping, and I had a great time. They held my hand every step of the way. They were reachable by phone, text, and chat if there were questions. The guidelines were clear and easy to follow. Everyone I came into contact with was kind and polite. I just completed my first shop with Amusement Advantage. Everything was great. The shop itself was easy. The scheduler was very friendly and informative. I felt very prepared going into to the shop. Everyone I had an encounter with was very helpful, informative, and friendly from the chat to the person answering the phone to the editor. The process was easy to understand.
I think this will be a great company to mystery shop.

I love being a Mystery Shopper for Amusement Advantage. The shops are fun, however be ready to spend some time writing detailed reports! Everyone I have worked with at Amusement Advantage has been professional and helpful. I do wish that payment was received sooner (it takes 90 days to receive pay), but it is always on time and no issues. I can't wait to do my next shop!

I enjoy being a mystery shopper for this company. Most of the reports are quite long, and take time to do, but it's also a fun experience to go do something fun that gets reimbursed. Everyone I have worked with here is very professional, prompt to respond, and helpful. Look forward to doing more!
