Alan and his team are my go-to mortgage bankers, and always find us the best rates for our purchases (we've done 4 transactions with him thus far and now in talks for finding the best option for funding our home renovations. We’ve done refinance of a co-op loan, first mortgage on purchase of co-op unit, and most recently purchase of a house. The team is not only knowledgeable but also very thorough, detail oriented, and just phenomenal. Highly recommend, and they walk you through everything. SCAM….. Beware…. They take large upfront fees!!!! NEVER close…. They are not direct lenders they are brokers…. Alan lies…then hides and you will NEVER hear from him. He has taken over $50,000 per client… will NEVER return money…. If you send a money, just be aware that you will never see it again.

WATCH OUT!!!!! A client of mine applied for NO Ratio loan. Alan promised he could deliver so client wired money as per term sheet. Several weeks later Alan requested income documents. When client was unable to provide them Alan refused to refund the client his money!
