Have two loved ones at one of your memory care facilities and I am deeply disturbed by the conditions at that facility. No CNAs. Staff have little to no experience and have no time to do their jobs. Too busy visiting with the other staff members. Residents are left to their own to wander the hallways. Other residents are violent with the wheel chair bound residents. Watched a male resident flip the couch he was sitting on while the nurse watched.
Director is clearly in over his head. Maintenence man is to busy hanging out with the other staff to do his job. The building looks abandoned. Grass and landscaping looks terrible. A homeless man was allowed into the building and then had to be escorted out by the director. But they have new carpet and flooring. Lol. I could go on and on. Needless to say, will be looking for another facility for my loved ones.
