Liliam's professionalism is severely lacking. Despite reaching out multiple times to book an appointment, I received minimal response from her. Although she initially indicated availability after April 1st and requested my details, she failed to follow through with scheduling. After repeated attempts, she finally responded today, claiming no availability until April 15th. That’s the last day to file taxes. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend her services

I have done my taxes with them 2020 and 2021 and 2022 i got an IRS letter that I owed 700,000 which was an error. the error was due to the people who did my taxes which is this company and that was told by IRS Rep. Please don't use them, i tried to contact them to book an appoinment to speak with them and instead an email was given to see if they can fit me in. Try some where else cause what happen to me was a nightmare.
