Not satisfied with the way they are handling my husbands employment authorization case he’s been paying his mom to pay them which is already an issue that they don’t communicate directly with him about HIS case as he is an adult and should know what’s happening with his visa status as to why the immigration staff and website say his case should have taken 4 months and it’s been over a year is insane. On top of that he has to jump through hoops to get slivers of information that he has the right to get up front and in full especially when he’s paid almost 3000 or more to them (when we have a baby rent and everything else to pay) and still no actual results is just unbelievable, his sister had a different lawyer and has got her permit in only 6-8 months in Alabama!
