After meeting for an intro and strategy, she took multiple years of my tax filings and said she would get more official transcripts from the IRS. She completely disappeared, after a year I got a forgetful email lie- like something like....oh I just got your results, I'll get back to you in a few days. She never answered anymore of my emails or calls. And never returned any of my taxes. - Eventually I just wanted my taxes back so I could hire someone else. I never got anything back. Her actions of disappearing without a trace was a common theme among reviews I found online and I should have paid attention. But I believed the stuff she wrote about herself on her website, and I believed what she said when we had an intro meeting. Bad decision. Don't trust this lady!

This is my second year with Mayzie. She is always very patient and answers all my questions. I like that she is very detailed in her email responses, so a follow up phone call is never necessary. She's very efficient! On top of that, I really appreciate her reasonable rates and quick turn around time, even in the peak of tax season!

Absolute disaster. Altitude CPA completely dropped the ball on multiple years bookkeeping and tax filings. We are now going back and redoing all our bookkeeping and correcting massive amounts of errors and omissions. We are also forced to amend multiple returns with the IRS that were grossly erroneous. Not only all this but everything was behind and therefore has put us in a very difficult position with both our corporate and personal books and IRS filings. We were also given the same excuse (computer virus) for errors and missed deadlines on multiple occasions nearly 6 months apart. Extremely hard to get to answer phone calls and emails and now we are trying to sort out the mess we were left with. This is one's worst nightmare when hiring and trusting a professional for guidance and responsibility with such important matters.
