Great limo service. Easy to schedule and great value for the money. Their reservation system is great, easy to schedule and they provide confirmation and updates with names and pictures of the drivers. I was so very pleased with both Zed Goodwin and Derek Boleware our drivers. They were friendly, courteous and helped with the luggage from the house and from the airport baggage claim to the car. I will be using your service for all our trips in the future.

Allen Limo Company was recommended to me by a good friend. I was a little uncertain about the "limo" part, as all I needed was a ride from the airport. It was great! We rode in a nice, clean car, Greg gave me perfect instructions as to where to meet him, and we had a great conversation on the way. He provided a refreshing water, and I enjoyed every part of the experience.

Recently, Allen ISD held its annual Daddy/Daughter dance on December 10, 2022. Since this was the first dance myself and three other dads would attend with our daughters, we hoped to make the night a magical experience for the girls. We rented Allen Limousine, but communicated on the phone the need to have a memorable experience despite a few bad reviews I read online. The rep, Tammy, promised me a great experience that the girls will love.
On the day of the dance, it was unfortunately raining, but we were hoping for the ride to make up for the poor weather. The driver showed up five minutes early, which was a plus. After all dads and daughters arrived at the house, we boarded the limo and immediately realized that the lighting in the limo and the Bluetooth music in the limo was not working. Furthermore, the suspensions on the limo were poor causing us to feel every bump and ditch causing the drinks the kids and adults had to spill in the car and the motor sounded like one of those powerful muscle cars engines (the ride was far from relaxing). Upon reaching Allen HS, we asked the driver, and he said that there might be a short and that he was not aware of the issues with the limo. After reaching the dance, I immediately called the limo company and informed the person who answered the phone about the issues and he assured me that "i will call the driver because there is something he needs to turn on near him to make both the music and lights functional." After the dance was over, we boarded the limo in front of the school. The weather had gone from bad to a major downpour during the dance. Upon entering the limo, one of the dads managed to get the Bluetooth to work, but not the lights. I tried taking pictures of the kids (who managed to have fun with each other anyway), but the limo was so pitch black dark that we couldn't get any clear pics of the kids. As we were driving to our dinner, the limo didn't do very well in the rain as one part of the roof sprung a leak and water started streaming into the limo splashing on the kids (which the kids enjoyed, but us Dads were not happy at all).

Myself and the three other dads have all experienced several limo experiences whether it be for work or social events, and this Allen Limousine experience has fallen exponentially short of the mark of exceptional service. While it was not the fault of the limo driver for a poor car, his service, could have been better also. In my experience, limo drivers are engaging and open doors and work hard to make the experience as amazing as possible; other than the end of the night when we were exiting the limo at our final stop did the driver get out of the car to open the doors for us. Although the company reduced the final payment by about a $125 , we didn't feel the remaining portion was even justified, but because we are all decent, we paid the balance and tipped the driver. When we rented the limo our plan was to rent it additional hours after dropping the kids off. We had to cancel the remainder of the night because it was such a poor experience and the limo ride was not worth it.
To the owner: please retire this car, no customer should be subject to this car experience. You have lost a ton of future business from us because of this experience. Good luck to you and your company.

We booked Allen Limousine for my daughter's sweet 16 party. The driver, Mr. John St. Louis, arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. He was very nice and professional. We booked the Sprinter Limo, and he got all of our guest (12 teenagers) to the celebration dinner safely. One of the guest left a gift in the van, and he was kind enough to return to the restaurant for us.

We looked for weeks for a limo company, and we are so happy that we chose Allen Limo. We'll definitely be booking with them again.

They are very easy to plan with. Always had my stress-level low because I just knew that everything would be taken care of professionally and quickly. All the last minute changes our artist's needed were handled promptly and professionally. We will use them again as it was so easy, especially with this being my very first time ever using any service such as this. Tammy made scheduling a breeze and all the drivers that were there for our event, A+++. We had no complaints from any of our artists, all they could do was rave about how great this service was. Pricing was also a great A+. If you need ground transportation - Definitely use Allen Limousine! They are worth their weight in gold.
