We definitely did not go wrong on choosing AMG to handle our property. Alex is very accommodating and goes above and beyond with his customer service. As this is our first time getting our home rented, he was really thorough in walking us through the whole process and was quick to response to all our questions. I feel at ease knowing that we have him as our property manager. I will 100% highly recommend him to anyone who needs a property manager.

Hello everyone! I just want to make the following review about AMG and any other rental property managers out there. I experience the worst process for a property rental in Deltona Florida with AMG and it was real bad! After I process the application online with them and told about some issues wrong with the property that needs attention for repair, I was told the application was declined due to no history of rental property on credit report. The request was for my sister 65 and mother 85. They have been renting property here for 10 years from private owner and never no issues. But recently they were notify that the current property they currently renting is being sold. So we applied for other properties and they declined due to they must make 3x or 4x the rent asking on there income! Is crazy out there. But to get declined for no rental property history is insane! And they will not call you to speak to you. Only by email! So be careful out there with these rental applications fees! We paid $85 and bang! No go! I would not go thru another rental agencies because they are crooked! Just like the used car dealerships. $2500 cash price but when they add all the hidden fees you are out at least $4000! The same applies to these agencies! Regards! Retired Military USA

I can't say enough good things about Alex. We’re a military family moving out of state on orders and needed a property manager for our home. From the moment I reached out to him, he’s been professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we were informed and comfortable with the process, as this was new to us. Anytime I had an issue or question, his response time has been incredibly fast, and always a pleasure to speak with.
