Alicia was incredibly thoughtful throughout my entire coaching session. With her introspective mind and positive energy, she guided me through powerful visualizations that made me feel deeply into the areas I was hoping to change. In just our first session, I left feeling a renewed sense of being and a new perspective to approach the issues we were tackling. Alicia is an outstanding coach!

For months I had procrastinated several critical tasks and I just couldn’t get the right mindset to drive them to completion. By using a structured and comprehensive framework, she helped me identify in only an hour what was holding me back and how should I change my perception and approach.

When I sent Alicia my intro email requesting her help, I was in a bad place mentally. The pandemic, and being unemployed since last March was getting to be too much to handle. I knew I needed help and I was looking forward to our first meeting. Alicia was so great right from the beginning. She took the time to find out what has been going on in my life, and was able to get at the core issues I was dealing with. We worked a lot on my use of time and prioritization and after three sessions I was creating meaningful schedules for my days and making the most of the time I had to focus on my job search. Alicia was extremely kind and open, and knew how to break down my issues, and by the end of our time I felt confident and optimistic about my future. I would definitely recommend working with Alicia. 🙂

Alicia has been a very supportive and non-judgemental as I discuss with her my issues. In our first session, though I thought I described to her my issues, she effectively asked me relevant questions that leads to the real root of the problem, rather than what I had thought. And she came up with an action plan on how to address the issue. In particular, she doesn't sugar coat issues, which I like very much and hugely appreciate. After putting her guidance to practice, I feel I have made some progress with my issues after only 2 sessions.
