We found ourselves as defendants of a completely false accusation but luckily was guided to Mr. Vakula, and his excellent staff. They took on my case like they were actually being sued along with me. Alex and Ed Potts made it feel like we were their most important case every meeting that we had with them. They listened, supported, counseled, and guided us to a victorious decision where the plaintiff paid a majority of the costs. I got a referral to this firm by a mutual party. Specifically, I was referred to Alex. I initially left a detailed message with his secretary about what I needed help with. After receiving no return call, I followed up a week later. Alex never received my message so I had to reiterate everything to Ed. The outcome? We are too busy, go pound. Imagine running a business where you tell potential new clients to "go pound" because you are too busy. I was passed along without even so much as a call back from Alex. This is 2022. Everyone is too busy, not enough staff, blah blah blah. Maybe consider expanding the firm to grow with the population and it's needs. Just my thoughts.
