The Akuwa staff are experts a remote setup and monitoring, sending us alerts many times before we have even arrived in the office. Their remote support client works very well, allowing their engineers to see issues on our machines in real time. We highly recommend Akuwa for all aspects of IT support.

The team at Akuwa stays up to date with the ever changing world of technology and we appreciate how they will walk you though something that you don't understand. Everyone at Akuwa is kind, efficient, hard working and knows what they are doing. If they don't know exactly what you need they will transfer you to a team member that does. The need to be transferred has only happen two or three times in the 10 years we have worked with them. We are also grateful for how secure our practice has been and it is because Akuwa is always a step ahead with technology and security. The whole team is wonderful and we could not recommend them enough!

I've personally worked with Akuwa for 10+ years and they have worked with my company for even longer. They are very responsive and always do things "the right way". I use them for all my IT projects, whether it be server configurations, network infrastructure changes/updates, or security enhancements. They recently became a partner of our VOIP system provider and therefore are the first stop for any of our VOIP issues/upgrades. I highly recommend Akuwa for any IT needs.

They took my idea and said don't worry about it, we'll take care of it. The next thing, I get a nice invoice in the mail for a couple of hundred dollars. I said dam something so easy to fix, why I didn't I just do it myself, but I wasn't thinking it going to cost an arm and a leg. Here what I have to say about IT Consultants like Akuwa. Save yourself money and fix it yourself. Call Dell or Microsoft for support. It’s cheaper to pay them, I never meet an IT Guru that doesn't have to call support to fix a problem. Save your money and don't pay these $180 or so per hour fees. There is support for hardware and software which doesn’t charge per hour. Most charge per case and sometimes support is free with the purchase.
