I took the 77 hrs real estate course from Frank Libero. I only knew later that he doesn’t have the credentials to instruct this course. See the attached letter from NYSDOS. He told me that he will fix the problem in 7 days. Now it’s 4 months and still waiting. I wasted my money and time. I am seeking legal actions. All the students attended his class also in trouble. I will not recommend him for any service.

I really didn't know what to expect when I decided to join the mold fraternity community. Our beloved professor Frank was very welcoming the environment was relaxed and excited at the same time. I appreciate that the professor focus on the importance, and explain in details how and where to find all the answer . This class was extremely helpful. I tried to learn this course online but struggled a lot. Was very happy to find this in person course as Frank was a wonderful teacher! He was patient and explained topics in detail to make sure I understood fully. He also has a good sense of humor which helps to make learning easier. His past experience allowed him to provide real case senerios that relate to several subject matters. Overall great class. I actually feel ready to take the exam and apply what I learned. 😊
