I personally think this company is the best leasing company I've been with. The only reason I'm rating this company a 4 star and not a 5 star, is because the minor stuff in the house that needs fixing, they ask that you fix it. It doesn't bother me much because I'm already used to fixing a lot of things in the past, but this company never gives me any problems about anything! Never once had this company try to screw me out of my money, they only thing I didn't like was they asked for both first and last and security which cost just about over 4k for just getting started, so it was expensive, but at least the money isn't going to waste. It's going to get used either way you look at it. When hurricane Irma blew threw, I called the company to just have them look at the house, I left a voice mail. They were out the very next day and had a few shingles replaced. As long as you take care of the home as if it were your own, then you won't have any problems, which renters seem to have trouble with for some reason now days. Heck the company is even willing to work with me to transition into Jacksonville and not charge me over 7k to break my second lease early (Been with this company for over a year and a half). They offered to put the house back up on the market and schedule showings, so someone can take a new lease on the house and I'll get my deposit back. Highly recommended company.

I would not recommend this property management company to anyone, especially renters. I am having a horrible experience right now trying to get back a $200 holding fee for a property I decided not to rent. The application states that a $200 holding fee is required to hold the property and that if you do not enter into the lease within 5 business days then your fee is forfeited to the landlord. I made the company aware within one business day that I was no longer interested in the property and they refuse to give me back my two hundred dollars. I even offered to pay $45 the manager claimed it cost the owner to generate the lease once I was approved and he still continues to say that they can do nothing for me, even as the "owner" of the company, Robert. I am out $280 with the application fees and the holding fee and the company refuses to work with me. If it is the company's policy to keep this fee once you're approved then it needs to be more clearly stated in their application. I will never do business with this company again and would not recommend anyone else to either. They simply do not care about their clients and the money they spend. Congratulations to them for swindling a hard working person out of $200 for holding a property for one single day.

I was talking on the phone with someone about a single family home, i had said i had the deposit if by any chance that information was helpful, the women was so rude and said that doesn’t matter. She said having the deposit isn’t going to do anything. First time calling and had the worst experience. I DO NOT recommend these company what so ever.

I was the first to view a rental property and went above and beyond to provide all paperwork to start the application process. Despite giving them 65.00 each adult they continued to show the property. No loyalty.

I would not recommend this company. They are extremely difficult to work with, do not make repairs, ignore problems they claim need to be fixed, and try to keep as much as your deposit as they can even if you do everything they ask of you. Renters beware!
